2 loaves party rye bread (Pepperidge farm)---I can’t find this anymore so I used larger
slices & cut them in half—diagonally
1 # lean ground beef
1 pkg hot sausage
1 # velveeta cheese (cut in chunks)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Fry beef & sausage & pour off grease. Add cheese and other ingredients; cook until
cheese melts. Do not stir (this doesn’t really matter ;-) Fold in cheese. Spread mixture
on rye slice. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Put in bags.
Bake @ 350 until hot – 10 – 20 minutes.
