Bavette de Boeuf (serves 4 – 6)
Flank Steak – A Neuberg Classic
2 lbs. flank steak (fat removed)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 Tbs. soy sauce (Kikkoman)
2 Tbs. tomato paste
2 Tbs. peanut oil
1 tsp. cracked pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Score flank steak & smear with combined ingredients above.
Broil for 4 minutes on each side under very hot heat (or grill).
Carve on the diagonal
